We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead our real estate branch operations and drive sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overall branch sales performance, team leadership, customer relationship management, and operational excellence, ensuring consistent revenue growth and strong brand trust in the local market. This role involves driving plot, villa, and property sales to meet monthly and annual targets, developing and executing effective local sales strategies, monitoring lead flow, site visits, bookings, and closures, and ensuring high conversion rates through structured follow-ups.
The Branch Manager will lead, recruit, train, and manage sales executives, CRM staff, and support teams, setting clear daily, weekly, and monthly goals while conducting performance reviews and motivating teams to achieve targets. Maintaining discipline, productivity, and a positive work culture is essential. The role also requires handling key customer interactions and negotiations, ensuring transparency in pricing, documentation, and commitments, resolving customer escalations professionally, and building long-term customer trust and referral networks.
In addition, the candidate will oversee branch operations, documentation, reporting, and compliance with legal approvals, company policies, and SOPs. Coordination with the head office for marketing, finance, and inventory updates is required, along with maintaining accurate CRM records, sales reports, and collections data. The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager in real estate, strong knowledge of plots, villas, DTCP/TUDA approvals, and documentation, excellent leadership and negotiation skills, and a customer-centric, ethical sales approach. Added advantages include experience in open plot ventures and gated communities, familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools, strong local market and broker network knowledge, and the ability to perform under pressure while meeting aggressive targets.
