We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with CRM & ERP Application Support expertise to manage digital campaigns while supporting and maintaining internal CRM and ERP systems. This role bridges marketing, sales operations, and technology, ensuring smooth lead flow, system reliability, and accurate data management.
The ideal candidate will plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Social Media, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, create and manage content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp campaigns, and handle lead generation funnels, landing pages, and tracking integrations. They will monitor campaign performance, generate ROI-focused reports, and coordinate with sales teams to ensure lead quality, nurturing, and timely follow-ups.
In addition, the candidate will provide day-to-day support for CRM and ERP applications, managing lead entries, customer data, sales pipelines, and user roles while ensuring data accuracy, backups, and overall system integrity. Responsibilities include assisting teams with CRM workflows, automation, and reporting, troubleshooting application issues, supporting integrations with WhatsApp, email, payment gateways, and analytics tools, and training users on CRM/ERP features and best practices.
Requirements include experience in digital marketing coupled with CRM/ERP support, a strong understanding of lead management, sales pipelines, and reporting dashboards, hands-on experience with CRM tools, ERP modules, or custom business applications, and basic knowledge of web applications, APIs, databases, and user access control. Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills are essential.
Preferred skills (optional but a plus) include experience with Real Estate CRM, Sales CRM, or ERP systems, familiarity with automation tools, AI chatbots, workflow engines, Meta Ads lead forms, Google Ads integrations, and basic understanding of SQL, Laravel, or system configuration.
